I personally think that nothing is more flattering than a flare out or circle skirt. I am so obsessed with this style that I decided to make one for myself since circle skirts can be expensive. Also I can make it to fit my style and taste. I pair it with a lace top that I DIY too, which made the outfit really romantic and girly. I also added a hat with faux floral with this outfit to add a little spicy into this outfit and made it more interest.
